Getting contractors to finish a basement turned out to be one of the best choices we made for the house. It gave us an extra living area without needing an addition, and it’s been useful for both family gatherings and quiet evenings.

We’d been putting off our tiny, awkward bathroom for years until a leak forced our hand. Found Hancock Renovations through a local rec and couldn’t be more relieved. They didn’t just patch things up, they reimagined the whole layout. Somehow, they made the space feel twice as big without moving walls. The matte black fixtures and soft lighting totally changed the vibe. It finally feels like a room we want to spend time in, not avoid.
